Great little bag but it arrived with some black marks/spots on it. I tried to remove them with various cleaners with no luck. I needed it for my trip the following day so I didn't have a chance to return/exchange. Not sure if I got a previously used and returned product or not as I was surprised Vera Bradley would send something like this as I have several Vera Bradley bags with no issues.
