I have had it for 4 years and its still going strong...a little scuffed in some places but im not easy on it. Only considering buying another to look at a different color once in awhile. I have literally packed this thing to the point where zippers begged for mercy and they still held. Even the drawstring still holds tight if I pack it too full to close the clasp. ... show more

I’ve taken this backpack all over. I’ve doubling using it as a diaper bag and to keep kids stuff in it. It fits everything. The side pockets for drinks are the best for small waters. I’m obsessed with this pattern! And I love that you can really see it in the non quilted fabric. The reviews seemed mixed on the size of the bag but it definitely a small backpack- a small backpack with lots of pockets and storage. I wouldn’t use this for school but maybe a day pack or a smaller diaper bag. This may not be quilted but there is a layer of batting throughout making this a very comfy pack. The straps are great as well. Very sturdy bag while being lightweight. You can leave the drawstring undone to give yourself more room (as pictured). ... show more

I like that it’s lightweight but made of recycled cotton. And since it’s cotton, I can wash it when needed! I like there are lots of pockets and the inner lining design is so cute. It’s a nice backpack bis enough for a small notebook or laptop. It’s also padded enough so my things won’t get banged up easily. ... show more

So bummed that this one will be going back. I purchased to use for an upcoming vacation in the spring. I loved the size and the fabric; the fabric was a beautiful nature green color, and it was oh so soft. I loved the padding on the straps and the plush construction of the bag. I wasn't overly pleased with the plastic buckles (they felt cheap and I could totally see them breaking if you caught them wrong on something). I also wasn't too comfy with the fact that there were no Vera Bradley branding tags anywhere inside the bag (I checked inside all the pockets and the full interior; nothing). There also was no tag indicating what material the bag was made of nor where it was made. The deciding factor for return, however, was the side pocket zipper. As you can see in the photo, the quality control on the stitching is poor; the inside fabric is sewn in crooked and so close to the inside zipper that it catches when both opening an closing, every single time. This makes the side pocket practically unusable. Truly disappointed this one didn't work out. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this one. ... show more
