Our bookbags have plenty of organization, whether you are shopping for a large backpack or a mini backpack.. Consciously crafted with recycled cotton. Exterior features two side slip pockets, a u-shaped front zip compartment with a front zip pocket and a hidden back zip pocket. Front u-shaped zip compartment contains four slip pockets, three pen slips and an ID window. Main compartment features two mesh slip pockets. Padded laptop compartment. Padded shoulder straps are shaped for optimum comfort on body. Back panel is padded, and features a shaped trolley sleeve. Zip closures. Accommodates up to a 15" laptop. Capacity 25 L.. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, only non-chlorine bleach when needed; line dry.

I have purchased some vera bradley bags before but never a backpack. i have always bought from nike or jansport and i wish i new they had bags earlier! plenty or storage and pockets! even for drinks, there’s mesh pockets in the bag for extra storage, and even a separate compartment for a lap top! it’s very light weight and comfortable. color is exactly as pictured. style is cute! the bag is made of quilted material and seems very durable!! my bags i purchased in the past have never worn like a nike bag has so im super excited to use this one! ... show more

I bought and returned 4 or 5 backpacks prior to an 8 day trip to The UK and France, but this backpack ended my search for the ideal travel backpack. In addition to needing a somewhat roomy carry-on backpack, I knew I'd be away from my hotels for many hours at a time and I wanted to have easy access to plenty of water, snacks, back-up phone chargers, light layers, etc. However, I also wanted something that wasn't huge and didn't look entirely like piece of luggage. This fit the bill (*almost) perfectly. (*The ONLY thing I would change is that it would be water-resistant). The shoulder straps are so comfortable. I carried this backpack pretty much all day, every day for 8 days, + about 24 additional hours in the airports. It was always full, but the weight was evenly distributed and the straps are perfectly padded...not too bulky. I didn't bring my laptop, but the laptop pocket is very roomy. I used that pocket to keep passports and tickets safely against my back. There is also a smaller pocket up against my back that could be used for this purpose. It has a side zipper, but I think it would be very difficult to unzip without the wearer being aware of it. Its other pockets are extremely functional as well. The outside water bottle pockets were large enough to hold 20ounce bottles(with room to spare). There are also many interior pockets, both with and without zippers, to help keep your stuff organized. The quilting gives the backpack a bit more of a feminine look, but don't let that fool you. It is VERY durable. I had this sitting at my feet on trains, subways, airplanes, Ubers, taxis; at restaurants, train stations, airports, parks, museums and more. It was also shoved under seats and in overhead bins. It held up to all of that with no damage. It didn't even look at all dirty at the end of the trip. However, I knew it had to be filthy. I made sure all of the pockets were empty and unzipped, then I threw it in the washer. I washed it in cold water and hung it up to dry. It looks like new. I absolutely love this backpack and can't wait to take it on more adventures. Some reasons I returned other backpacks... #1 - Very small exterior bottle pockets...I hate putting more plastic in the environment and prefer to refill my own large(ish)water bottles. #2 - Uncomfortable straps. Some of the cuter packs have very thin shoulder straps. Those may look more like a purse, but are not good if you plan to carry the full pack for hours on end. #3 - No safety pocket up against your back. #4 - No strap to slip over rolling suitcase handle. #5 - Lots of flashy zippers. (to get an idea of it's size...I'm 5'5", 125 lbs) ... show more

I was so excited while beaming with joy, and I had a huge grin on my face, when I spotted my package outside. It was placed right by the door so it was easy to reach. I was surprised by the precise packaging and layers of protection on it. I love this product so much, and It's even better in person. The color was on point and the design was excellent.
