As with all Vera Bradley, the fabric and construction are exemplary. This backpack has multiple pockets and will hold everything you need for a day-trip or daily commute. I loved it... for about ten minutes. Then came the disappointment. I carry a backpack with one shoulder - my right shoulder. I cannot carry on the left due to an old injury. This backpack is designed for carrying on the left shoulder. Due to the way it is constructed, it will not sit well on the right shoulder. So I returned it and purchased one that has strap hooks at the bottom on either side so you can customize the fit. Very, Very disapointed in Vera's design team.
