I used this on a 5 day cruise and loved it. It’s lightweight , fits comfortably, folds up so it doesn’t take up too much luggage space, and has tons of pockets & places to put things. I was able to fit 3 beach towels, change of clothes for 3 people, a sun hat, pouch with sunscreen, and several other miscellaneous items with plenty of room to spare. It seems well made and I feel as long as it isn’t overstuffed it should hold up.

I bought two. I ordered the first one for the lightweight feature needed for a disabled family member. You can fit so much stuff. Lots of pockets and compartments. Zippers are smooth and dependable. Fits well on the handles of a transport wheelchair. Works great as a carry on or personal item for a flight. Doesn't have padding anywhere to add bulk. It is very thin yet has performed without any tears for a year. Value for the money is exceptional.

I absolutely LOVED this backpack. I ordered it for a 2 week trip to Hawaii and it was exactly what I hoped for on all of our adventures. The ONLY thing is I wish it had more individual pockets within the larger main pocket. On some of our longer days we packed a ton of stuff for our day and at times it was hard to find what we were looking for in that large pocket - my boyfriend hated it and said it felt like a giant drawstring bag to him. I didn't necessarily feel that way - I was able to separate important things in the front pocket (which is also a good size, and had a fabric divider) AND there is also a separate dry pouch in the back that definitely does its job! Cons: -Definitely NOT the color in the photo (ordered 3 different colors and none of them looked the same in real life) -No padding on the bottom or on the back (which would have been nice, but would have prohibited the small compact folding capability) -Not truly water proof, only water resistant (except for the water proof pouch in the back) Pros: -Very fair price point -Compact folding capability which is sooo great! -Enough pockets and space for a day trip -Water proof pouch is definitely water proof To give an idea on size, on a longer day we packed: 3 sand towels, 2 neck fans, a gallon size ziploc bag of snacks, and a light sweater or 2, and maybe a second pair of shoes in the large pocket; then in the small pocket we were able to fit: phones, keys, a small first aid kit, wallet, and other random knick knacks. We could have fit even more, but chose to keep it as light weight as possible.

I have had this backpack for five years, and absolutely love it, which is why I had to write a review now. I've used it for short hikes to back country sites, as well as short day hikes, and even kayaking, and it has held up beautifully! It washes up easily in a washing machine (air dry!), and packs up small for travel. I pretty much always take it when I travel somewhere. Additionally, despite getting dirty and going through many washes, it hasn't faded. You can fit a lot into this backpack, and it has several different pockets, including a waterproof pouch. I routinely have up to 8 bottles of water, plus some cans of sparkling water, dog bowls, a back up sweatshirt (sometimes two of I'm out with a friend), and it always fits everything. I've even put a 15 pound weighted blanket in it, and had no issues. Additionally, I am a 3X woman, and this pack still works for my weight. It has adjustable chest and shoulder straps, so you can customize it to your comfort. I would 100% recommend this backpack, especially for the price. I even bought my niece and nephew these.

This bag has held up for years. I use it every time I day hike or even to pack clothes for camping. It holds a lot of items and is comfortable to wear. The only thing I wish is that the water bottle holders were larger because my taller water bottles will fall out.

I needed another backpack for my three week Brazil trip and this backpack was awesome! I was concerned at the sturdiness of the material as I’ve had backpacks that fold into themselves tear really easily but this one is different. It held its own and I packed it with tons of stuff too. Plus it conveniently folds into itself for easy storage without taking lots of room. I LOVE the waterproof pouch it was built into the main compartment/pouch in the bag. It definitely holds one pair of clothes. It can probably fit more but I had a full backpack already so one change of clothes worked for me. Also, if you don’t have wet clothes to carry, you can use it to keep your electronics or wallet or passport safe when traveling. I kept my passport in this pocket because the zipper is hidden on the back part of the backpack so when I wear it it’s up against my back. No pickpocketer can take it since they don’t have access to it. Just be careful how you pack it so it doesn’t rub against your back in an uncomfortable way. I used it to pack a spare change of clothes for swimming in the river and then put my wet clothes in it when I was done. The straps have some minor padding that worked just fine. It’s not some super padding like I’ve had in other backpacks but those other backpacks DIDN’T fold into themselves either so I’m not using it to compare. Compared to other backpacks I’ve owned that DO fold into themselves, the padding on the straps was non existent. This backpack hast the right amount of padding. Again, it’s not like super thick like hiking backpacks but it’s not crazy thin either. I was hesitant in buying this backpack but so glad I did! I love this backpack and it’s pretty much my new day backpack that I’m going to use regularly on my adventures whether it’s to the beach, hiking, traveling to see family, or going to places like Disneyland.
