Was very hesitant to place an order with a company with so few reviews. But it looked like a good value for the components I was looking for at around this price point. Well the decision paid off! PC arrived ahead of schedule-Check Packed Extremely Well-Check Started Up Without Issue-Check Reply from Customer Support-Check So a week into owning and I'm very happy with the purchase. This ships with Windows 10. But interestingly is that when I went to do the Windows Update it only needed a couple of updates. I was very happy to see that this hadn't been sitting on a shelf for a year or so. And it handled the upgrade to Windows 11 fast and easy. And all the parts are name brand! No secondary market parts that I can see. You're getting quality parts! Now there are some downsides but not what I consider show-stoppers. 1) No Guide Start Guide. If you're buying a high end pc like this you probably know what to do. Still might be something for them to put in. 2) No parts inventory. This is something I like to see but again just a nice to have. But they responded to my email with a parts listing with Serial Numbers!! So that's a plus. 3) Be aware that this pc as listed doesn't come with a keyboard or mouse so be sure to have them on hand before the pc arrives. 4) Understand that this pc weighs a ton! Again understandable given the hardware. And I strongly suggest you have a good idea of how and where you plan to put this. It isn't easy to move around so plan accordingly. The build itself appears to be very neat and efficient. And as configured really is amazing. From what I see after a week I think I made a good decision! Thanks Velztorm! P.S. I'm going to school to be a computer engineer so I know a little bit about PCs. I don't personally own this computer because I can't afford it, but a friend let me borrow his for a few days.
