The desktop is harder and seems more scratch-resistant than I anticipated it would. It is clearly a fake wood design doesnt look realistic up close but from a distance it give the wood vibe. No issues with assembly, my 6 yr old even enjoyed helping. The motor is smooth and the memory buttons have worked well so far. I've been using the desk for a few weeks and I'm happy with it. I'm glad I got the 2 tier because it works like a monitor stand (1 less accessory to buy)! Really happy with this and I look forward to adding a walking pad some day and using a 3rd recall button for that ... show more

I work from home and sitting for 40 hours a week was really starting to mess with my hips and sciatic nerve. I figured a realistic picture would be helpful for determining size and expectations. I can fit 2 monitors and a laptop on it with ample room. I was able to put it together by myself with little issue. I have used the presets for my ideal standing height and my ideal sitting height and they are simple to figure out. Its sturdy and well built. Well made, until you realize the motor is in the way when you sit at it at the lowest setting and that they require a return to be packed into a box. Bad customer service, they should make that clear from the outset. I would prefer a refund without the need for return. What happened to 100% customer satisfaction?
