I am very pleased with these shoes. I ordered one size down based on all the reviews. I am normally a size 7; I ordered a 6 (European size 37) They are a perfect fit. I was concerned about the tongue but it has not been an issue at all. I push it slightly to the side and they are instantly comfortable. Also, the tongue is very thin leather, so it bends easily. The picture looks like it was all white with the black/blue color. Unortunately, the color of the band that wraps around the ends is a gray/cream color. Not what I was expecting.

For the price, I was expecting a sturdier shoe. It was ridiculously flat, ran huge and was made super cheap. It did not compare to the madewell house brand street sneakers, the old school Reebok, the New Balance retro shoes, and many others. Maybe other Veja shoes are worth the hype-but definitely not this one. It came in and less than an hour later I was at the UPS store for the return. ... show more
