Every summer we have a huge water slide party at our house, so every year we try to add something to make it better. We found this inflatable body board and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it is February, so we aren't able to give it a full test run. However, we have had some similar inflatables that have worked so I'll compare this to them. The material seems to be heavier in this body board than in others we've used. I was hoping it might have an extra layer on the bottom, but it does not. Nevertheless, I think it is going to work for us. It blows up fairly quickly. The inflation port is a bit on the difficult side, but this seems to be due to the extra thick plastic used which should make it tougher. The handles are a nice addition, and the size is big enough for most with weight being more of an issue than height. We're anxious to see it an action this summer. ... show more

This inflatable shark is super fun for summer! It’s got two handles so you can lie on your stomach, but they’re spread far enough apart that you can also lounge in there pool on your back. Inflates easily. No issues. Would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed when I first tried to blow this up. I took it to the pool thinking I could blow it up while the kids swam. I was unsuccessful and the kids were disappointed. This requires the use of a pump. I did take it home and get my pump. It didn't take long to blow up and the kids enjoyed playing with it in the pool very much. It floated well and stayed full of air. I have yet to have the need to add more air but I do foresee it in the near future! We have not used it yet for a slip and slide but I can see how it would be helpful. My only complaint is that you are not able to blow it up without a pump. ... show more

My littles (3 and 5) have started wanting to snorkel with mum and dad since our last cruise. Last time we just assisted them with sticking their head underwater during short breaths to see the fish through their masks as they couldn't get the hang of the separate mouthpiece. Now that they have the full face snorkels, this body board has been great for helping them balance in the waves while looking underwater at the fish. ... show more

This body board is a huge hit with the kids in my life. They had so much fun playing with this in the pool. This was easy to blow up (we have an air pump) and feels durable. After-all the kids were jumping onto it from the side of the pool. If the body board can withstand this kind of "abuse", it must be durable. The youngest one (7 years old) loves sharks, so I knew it would be a hit with him. Of the other 2, the oldest one (13) wasn't so interested however the 9 year old was. ... show more
