Every summer we have a huge water slide party at our house, so every year we try to add something to make it better. We found this inflatable body board and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it is February, so we aren't able to give it a full test run. However, we have had some similar inflatables that have worked so I'll compare this to them. The material seems to be heavier in this body board than in others we've used. I was hoping it might have an extra layer on the bottom, but it does not. Nevertheless, I think it is going to work for us. It blows up fairly quickly. The inflation port is a bit on the difficult side, but this seems to be due to the extra thick plastic used which should make it tougher. The handles are a nice addition, and the size is big enough for most with weight being more of an issue than height. We're anxious to see it an action this summer. ... show more

I got this for my younger son for our upcoming beach vacation. We blew it up and it seems sturdy enough. Since it's winter and we haven't tested IRL, I am giving it 4 stars. I will update this review later with more info.
