    • Cute But Tiny
This little camera is adorable but tiny. It almost looks like you could put it on a keychain. I know the dimensions are listed but it caught me by surprise so I wanted to mention it. For small hands it’s a good size though so I don’t think there is a problem with the size. The screen is small too though so not the best for viewing photos. We plan to put it in our daughter’s Easter basket so we have not used it much other than to turn it on and see what it looks like so I cannot attest to how well it connects and downloads etc or to the other features but the screen is clear and the phot quality is as I expected for the resolution listed. It’s a cute little camera for a budding photographer but I will plan to upgrade her if she is really into it. I think for the price it’s a decent deal and I’m sure she’s going to love the pink color and that it fits in her bag. ... show more

This is an interesting little camera. It is very lightweight and is covered with a rubbery material. I cannot attest to its durability because haven't been knocking it around. It has been tested by a 5 year old and an 8 year old. They really like it. There are six "modes" to the camera Mode 1 - take pictures. This is pretty easy to use. The quality of the images reminds me of what you could get with the old 110 format film cameras in the 1970s. A fixed focus lens with a reasonable dynamic range. This is good for young kids. The camera also has a rear-facing camera for selfies. Plus, you can add some overlays on the images - cute borders, lips, etc. Mode 2 - videos. Ease of use is similar to taking pictures. Mode 3 - playback. This is where you can view the pictures and videos. Mode 4 - settings. Used to set up various aspects of the camera. You generally don't need to change these. Mode 5 - games. The camera includes 5 or 6 simple video games that can be played on the small screen on the back of the camera. The 8 year old thinks they are fun. Mode 6 - Music. This seems to be for playing .mp3 files stored on the TF card. You would need to put the files on the card using your computer. I'm not sure that it is worth it though as the sound quality through the tiny speaker in the camera is not very good. Nor is it very loud. The camera has 6 buttons that change function depending on what mode is selected. It can be challenging to keep track of what button does what in which mode, especially for younger children. It doesn't seem that you can get in trouble by pushing the wrong buttons, which is good. One feature that would be useful is a fast, one-button method of switching between Camera and Playback. This would make it easier for a child to look at the picture they just took (note that the picture is displayed for a short time right after it is taken). The camera comes with a charging cable and doesn't take very long to charge. There is also a small card reader for the TF card. You put the TF card into the reader and then plug the reader into a USB-A port on your computer to access the pictures. I ordered this for my 2 year old. It is plenty durable and she was able to figure out how to use it after being shown just a few times. She doesn’t play the games on it so I can’t speak to that but she loves going around taking pictures and the selfie mode is a really cute feature. It comes with everything you need, a lanyard, a charger, a memory card and memory card, and even a card reader. I mean it is a toy so the picture quality isn’t great, especially in low light, but my 2 year old isn’t complaining. It really is a great value. ... show more
