Firstly, the smell is so much more enjoyable and the shine it left behind is unmatched. I used it directly after a shower, applying it to my skin while I was still partially wet. Doing this, traps moisturize in the skin and leaves behind a beautiful bronzy glow. Unlike my moisturizer, I find I do not need to reapply daily, instead I only use every 2 to 3 days because it keepsy skin so very soft. ZOOM IN!! “GEL OIL” listed on bottle! This is much like a shae butter, it will seem “oily” to some! It does not immediately dry into skin. A little goes a long way! I’m kinda in denial trying to convince myself I don’t look greasy, but I do. Bought it because of the Youtube ad, I guess it just looks better and softer in darker skin. I look oily, not glowy. You will stick it EVERYWHERE, from your friend’s car to a random wall whenever you go. It’s oily but not sticky. Smells nice and has a lovely glitter to it that I am invested in convincing myself I look good with. Maybe my skin doesn’t contribute to the cause, but I’ll use it every time I go out because I am the most stubborn woman in the world and I am just CONVINCED I can look as smooth and beautiful as the girl in the ad. I’m really disappointed with how these arrived. Both bottles looked like they had already been used before delivery. The product levels were uneven, there was oil residue around the caps, and the packaging didn’t give that sealed, brand-new feel you expect when buying body care items. For hygiene products, that’s a big concern. As far as the actual oils go, the shimmer and scent (vanilla cocoa) are nice, and Vaseline usually makes moisturizing products that leave skin glowing without feeling too heavy. But it’s hard to even enjoy the product when you’re questioning whether it’s been opened or tampered with. Quality control and packaging matter just as much as the formula. Customers should feel confident they’re receiving new, untouched products — especially something applied directly to the skin. Because of the condition these arrived in, I wouldn’t reorder without better assurance on packaging and handling. ... show more
