I used this shelf unit to display some of my older camera gear. It is sturdy, easy to set up and looks quite nice. The tolerances between the boards are a little loose on the set I received and makes it not perfectly level but it still does its job well.

Product is pretty sturdy and has nice finish. It comes with screws and brackets. Pretty easy to install(manual included). The only down size is it had two outward projecting brackets to support the whole structure, did add extra 4 pairs of adhesive strips to add strength to the centre frame. I needed something to go above our couches on the empty wall space we had and wanted shelves that I could use to display and switch out seasonal decor. I love that these had a few different color options as well as multiple shelf tiers. I also appreciate how you can configure the shelves different ways. They are a nice size (we got two shelf units) and I love the color we purchased. They were easy to hang up and put together, they were on our wall in 20 minutes. For the price, you can’t beat them. They seem well made except for one shelf that had a bit of a chip but we just hid it by flipping the shelf. We have put up decor and the shelves are sturdy and don’t move, I’m not worried about them coming off of our wall. Since the shelf tiers are off center, you may want to use a command strip on the back of some of them with heavier pieces so they don’t look crooked or uneven from uneven weight distribution. After searching a long time for a wall shelf with a mid-century flare that didn’t break the bank, I found this one. Only time will tell if the long part of the shelf that is cantilevered to the side will stay straight, or if it will start to bow, but so far it’s looking great. It was a little tricky getting it hung exactly where I wanted it (and level), but then the shelves were easy to attach. Love that I can reconfigure them in the future if I want. ... show more

I needed storage for items larger than standard spice jars & the best place was on a wall, behind a door. This shelf fit the bill. It's strong & won't break if someone opens the door & hits it. The finish isn't great, but you can always sand & refinish it since it's wood. Throw away the supplied mounting hardware & use molly bolts if mounting to dry wall. The first time I installed it (with anchors much strong than those supplied), it worked but.... The metal shelf mounts are slotted & one side of the shelf shifted down a bit. Since the shelf mounts had adhesive on them, trying to adjust them resulted in ripping up the paint & plaster. I removed everything, filled the holes, painted, etc and re-installed using molly bolts. ... show more
