This GPS mount is very nice easy to install, sticks well to windshield even in the Texas heat. Is very accurate in position and speed. Well worth the money

    • Power plug is Offset from non-GPS mount.
The GPS and mount work great. However, once you purchase the gps mount and decide to install it you find the power connector is off-set from the original mount. Once you set the suction cup the gps power is on the passenger side. The non-gps mount’s power is on too facing the headliner; this makes for a cleaner and easier install with a straight plug end. A 90 degree plug end would be nice because it throws off the install cleanliness a bit. ... show more

    • Good but loose
this is great except that the camera (N4) is loose on this mount vs the original mount that it came with. Shakes a but the GPS works, about 1-2 miles off actual speed.

    • Too Many Cords!
It’s 2023. Bluetooth is a great thing. This dash cam doesn’t have it. It works great, but get a professional to install it so the cords are hidden. All 50 feet of them (a slight exaggeration but good lord there’s a lot of cord)

I just bought the N4 camera and wanted to buy the GPS receiver as well. The N4 camera package came brand new and the camera in pristine condition. No problems at all with the camera. The GPS receiver on the other hand , left much to be desired as far as the packaging and condition goes. The GPS receiver came in a box inside of the typical Amazon white bubble bag. After opening the Amazon bag, I took out the receiver box. I noticed right away that the box was open on the side. I thought, maybe it got busted open during transit but there were no signs of damage on the box or bag. I opened the flaps of the box where it was already opened and took the receiver out. There was no cardboard, foam, or bubble wrap of any kind inside to protect the receiver from rattling around in the box. There was also no instructions inside, simply just a receiver (excep the plastic over the suction part) inside of a box and nothing else. Its unusual that for a company that puts so much effort into packaging their latest model camera did not do so well with their receiver that goes with it. I thought...maybe its a returned product they are reselling. Examining the receiver, there were alot of white particles/specs/dust of some sort on it! Looks like it could have been a white rag was used to wipe it down but left a bunch of white lint residue. The plastic that covered the sticky suction cup fell off immediately (was not the case for the camera) like as if it was taken off and reapplied. I cleaned it up and tested the receiver. Everything is as it should as far as working condition goes right now...but time will tell because of how I received it. The main problem I have is that the item looked like a used return the seller tried to pass off as "new" again. If refurbished, like new, used...just put it in the listing description so customers know what they are buying and expecting. Maybe I received a lemon or a repackaged product...? Regardless, I was extremely disappointed with the packaging and condition the receiver came in. ***********Update 09/16/2020*********** I was contacted by the supplier who said that the product is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon which could explain the issue I had above. Nonetheless, the Supplier has also sent me a free extension cord at no cost. Overall, it sucks that the product came the way it did and I can say for sure now if its Amazon's or the Supplier's fault however, the Supplier has been very helpful.
