These shoes are stylish yet comfortable to wear almost all day with minimal discomfort. I am a size 3 in kids' (5 in womens') with narrow feet and high arches. When I first received them, I was under the impression that I had ordered a half a size too small, even though I ordered my usual size (3). My toes felt squished and the rims of the shoes rubbed at my ankles. But after wearing them for about a week, they broke in nicely. I was able to walk around New York City in them all day, but ended up with some pain in my heels and the bottoms of my big toes. All in all, I would say these shoes are best for narrow feet with low arches and after breaking them in, they run true to size. I'd say they're best for everyday wear, but not for walking long distances. I would recommend them to a friend. ... show more

I gifted these to my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves them. She is a women's size 5 but wears these in big kids 3.5. Vans in black and white literally go with everything just like Converse all stars.
