So I just got them today so I can't say anything about the test of time, but these were exactly what I was looking for. I got the black/black vans. I have a womens 10-10.5 size foot. They make my feet look average sized and not like clown feet. I will update halfway through the my school year about how they held up. They are comfortable even though I got a slightly bigger shoe than I expected. But, they goes well with jeans and leggings so I'm happy. I buy these shoes for my daughter since she's so incredibly hard on shoes! Usually vans last at least a year so it's cheaper than buying 4 pairs of "lesser quality" shoes. She really likes the black monochrome. They're always a perfect fit, no need to break them in, and they match everything!

The sizing is very confusing. It says size 8 womans but I received a mens 9.5 which SAYS it is a womans 8? no way. I ordered a womans size 8. tried on. too big. the la bel inside the shoe describes a mens shoe 9.5, and a womens shoe 8. shoe too large.
