These pancakes have the right amount of protein, are plant based and are just delicious. I have two most mornings and put applesauce one one and local honey on the other. They warm up great in our toaster oven. They are just so good. I wish more places would carry Van’s full product line. I also wish Whole Foods would keep these better stocked when they go on sale. ;) There are definitely other fanatics like me and they sell out so fast when there’s a sale. They did go up in price again recently which was a little frustrating, so I try to have more cost effective breakfasts some mornings but these fill me up for a few hours so they are a good choice. Good ingredients and no soy. I believe the protein waffles version have soy, and I tend to avoid extra soy which is why I prefer these over the waffles and over many other brands of similar products. Also not all Whole Foods locations sell the pancakes - I now specifically know which ones in my area do not sell them and know not to shop there if I am in need. ... show more

Love these pancakes for a quick breakfast or snack and they have protein! Big plus is no dairy and no eggs. Price isn’t bad but I wait for Vans to have a sale.
