These are super comfortable Vans. I love how you see the checkerboards sometimes, and sometime not. Depends on the angle of your gaze. I think the Brooklyn Ls has a visibly thinner toe area, compared to OldSkool, but it doesn't feel that way. Lots of room for toes. Just a great looking and feeling model of Vans. Do it!. I love me a good pair of Vans! I bought these for my son-in-law but accidentally ordered the wrong size. Fortunately for me, they were my size, so I kept them and ordered him the correct size. These are very comfortable and durable as all Vans are. Goes with so much. Love!

At 52 I finally got my first pair of vans. These jawns are awesome!!! Fit great and priced right. I love fun sneakers but since I’m a 14 I don’t go bright. These are more of a dull red so they don’t make my feet look any bigger than they already are. Comfortable in bare feet or with socks.
