This shoe is exactly as it looks in the product description. It is light weight, soft, flexible and most of all comfortable. I don't use it for working out, but if you had to, I suppose you can use this for jogging or running. It does not provide a lot of support for your ankles due to it's softness and flexibility, so depending on it for ankle support for any other sport is probably not recommended. Ordered the VAMJAM Men’s Ultra Lightweight shoes. I jog/walk 5 miles daily. I’m a fan of the ultra lightweight models. No matter which brand I buy they always come delivered vacuum packed, but form up once you open the package, and these did. Look at the pictures. First time wearing them I walked/jogged 5 miles in 1.25 hrs. My feet felt fine afterwards. I’ve gone through many lightweight shoes, they last me 5/6 months from the heavy activity. I put a lot of miles in. They come with laces, but only need to be tied once to snug up on your foot and will be easy to slip on and off afterwards. Low price and they’re nice enough to wear out too. I’d recommend . 👟❤️🏃 Update. I’ve worn the ultra lightweight shoes 5 days now doing a mix of jogging and walking for about 5 miles each day. My feet still feel fine and the shoes show no wear. The shoes seem fine, decently constructed and very light. I wear a 9.5 men's and, judging from other reviews I read, figured my size and the shoe size would line up. Wonderful shoes for what they are. Hug the foot comfortably with moderate arch support and incredibly light!!! As light and comfortable as a pair of socks with so much cushion. Will they hold up to rigorous runs and sports….. I doubt it. But by god are the amazing for walking or running errands. I prefer these over my Brooks or ON (the latter I’ve personally found to be overrated and overpriced) To be fair these have short comings. I don’t feel like they’ll hold up for terribly long but I’ll have to do an update after these have been well lived in. They are not remotely water proof or water resistant as they are super lightweight mesh shell with a foam rubber sole. Also if they don’t fit tight they suck. The first pair I got at my usual size and they were loose and uncomfortable and had me feeling like I’d fall out of the shoe at every step (the laces are more for show as they don’t even reach near the ankle) I returned them and got a size smaller and it’s night and day difference. Long rant over, if you are looking for a lightweight comfortable daily shoe this is perfect. Since getting these I choose these over my Brooks Cole Haan’s or ON shoes for everything but dedicated activity. ... show more

Yes, these shoes are cheap, but they are the best shoes I ever worn. They are light, comfortable, cooling and cushions my feet. I've had foot pain for a while, once I wear these shoes, I feel no pain. As for the durability, I only use these shoes for work, but I do walk a lot at work....and I have not seen the wear and tear as other people, they are holding up great, that is why I have 3 pairs already, might get more. ... show more
