Fit just as expected (I’m around a size 12 and got a lg) and I got so many compliments! The fabric is light but a little cheap so it has a lot of static cling, but is really cute.

This is a super cute dress in both brown and blue, but it does run a bit large. I’m 5 ft 103lbs with a B/C chest and 24 inch waist and the dress falls about 3 inches above my knee which is great for a shorty like me, but taller gals might find it a bit risqué. It’s a smidge baggy in the chest, but if I wear an underwire bra, you can’t tell. The sleeves... they kind of do whatever they want to do. Sometimes they like to chill hanging off my shoulders, sometimes they creep up to the tops of my shoulders, not surprising because that’s the nature of dresses with elasticized sleeves, just something I thought I’d mention.🤷🏽♀️ The material is light and thin but not see through, a bit cheap feeling but it doesn’t look cheap so... I guess that’s all that matters. The waist is supposed to be fitted but it’s about 3-4 inches too big in the waist. Probably because I got a small since they didn’t have any xs’s available. I fix that by tying a ribbon around my waist when I go out dancing. I did not sew it smaller like I generally would because I wanted to leave it a little big to use as an eating dress for when I go out to my favorite sushi place.😬 It totally works for that purpose! It’s basically like eating in your fancy pjs and it is great. I took some pics so you could see the color and fit before and after the ribbon application. I am wearing a brown belt in the first pic of the brown dress, and no belt in the second pic. Right now the dress is $27 and I would say it’s pricey for what you’re getting especially with the material they used, but it’s a cute dress and I bought it in both blue(blue is cuter and it was smaller than the brown one btw) and brown so the price was worth it to me.

Yes it has a smocked area -below breasts- stretches. Then right below IS a miniature hem/waist band about 1/4 inch wide and no elastic in it or material that stretches there?? Unless they have already fixed it or different people get different versions, which has already happened to me with some shirts-Different Company not this one! So if you buy make sure you need no stretching for the size you wear/order. And then in this dress if I had ordered over my normal body, size/shape then the dress would be to big in some places and make it look sloppy. I like it more fitted. Not tight -fitted. I am a 12-16 and got a larges in a few dresses, but this large was not stretchy at waist - -DEPENDING ON WHO'S MEASURING and WHERE - -, if it would have stretched it would have fit and looked amazing-- it is so cute, thin and perfect for HOT WEATHER COMING. AMAZON NEEDS A PLAN: UNIVERSAL MEASURING CHART, not hard to do so why cant they? These returns are getting annoying and don't help the planet! Boggling! Anyway its cute

Very cute dress. However it is super thin. I ended up returning it. When trying it on I don’t know if it was just me or the material but it was very staticy and was clinging to my legs. Being a short thin dress it was definitely not something I’d feel comfortable wearing.

I'm 5'8", 180 lbs, and wear a 36D- 38C. This is the heaviest I've been in years so im a little hesitant to wear cute little dresses, but I do love this dress. I initially ordered an XL, but it was a bit longer than I wanted and too loose on top. Unfortunately, I neglected to take pictures. I exchanged it for a Large which is pictured. There is a significant difference in size. I love the fit of the top in Large, but now it's aaaalllmost too short. I'll definitely be wearing shapewear shorts! Also, this particular dress, while I feel the size works, seems to have a defect in the zipper. It's a little crooked, causing a bump on my hip when worn. I'm exchanging it due to the zipper, but keeping the same size. I'll update once the replacement is received to clear its name if the bump is actually caused by my thick waist, lol, but it looks crooked and stitched too tight even on the hanger, so I'm pretty sure it's a defect. Overall, I love the dress and will probably order in other colors. ***update*** It was a defect in the zipper. The replacement is great :)
