I've been trying to organized my closet and storage bags seems to be the best solution for cloths that I don't wear too often. I have used several types of storage bags made of fabric that ended up being very weak and tore very easily. I decided to try the VacPack bags because they are made of a clear plastic and hope that it will hold up better. They call it a bag, but it's basically a flexible box with a zipper on top. Most of the bag is made of a transparent plastic, but I was disappointed in how thin it is. Probably double the thickness of your average garden trash bag. It does not feel very durable and I question how long it will hold up over time. The main disappointment is the zippers. The are very light weight and feel very cheap. I doubt they will hold up very well and will probably be the first first thing to break. They will work if you just want to consolidate your cloths, blanket and/or towels. It has a strip of mesh right underneath the zipper, which is probably to allow it to breath, but it also means it allows bugs, dust and dirt to get in. It has 2 handles, that are pretty much useless if you fill this with any weight. I would not consider these stackable, unless you full pack them out, since they don't have any structure. All in all, they will work to give your cloths and stuff some protection and they are relatively inexpensive. Just which they use a better zipper and thicker materials. ... show more

I really like these bags for storage - they fit so much inside and allow us to have more room for storage. They have clear sides, which make it easy to find things without having to open and route through. When empty they fold flat. However, the bags are super flimsy and don't hold their shape. You can't easily stack these for that reason - they kind of slump to the side. Even though they don't hold shape - the bags allow you to fit more in them since they are soft-sided, so it's a feature you'd have to be willing to give up if you want as much space as possible. Side note that I also assumed since it says "VacPack" that these would have the option to use a vacuum to remove air and compress even more - but they do not. ... show more

Good for storage, packing, and travel. Bag is made of sturdy material hat doesn't easily break or tear apart. I used this as a convenient way of moving my kid's laundry back into his dorm and the bag was able to hold a lot of clothes. The straps were able to life a decent amount of weight and the general shape of the bag made it easy to slide into ym trunk and under their bed. This made it easy to transport and they could go from cleaning to storage while making sure to utilize the small amount of space they have available to them. Got these for storing my extra guest blankets, pillows, and bedspreads. The walls are a bit thin but if you are not putting heavy items it would be just fine. Helps to get things organized even for some random stuff... they do not feel cheap and the plastic feels solid. The semi clear design is clutch so you are not guessing what's inside.
