3/29/22: I've had this product for exactly one day. The spray nozzles on both carpet and upholstery attachments leak. Not a huge amount, but enough to notice drops over areas that you've cleaned or are in the process of cleaning. The upholstery attachment came with a brass spray nozzle while the carpet attachment came with a plastic spray nozzle? No uniformity. The brass upholstery spray nozzle didn't work at all when first out of the box. After looking at all pieces and connections, I've determined that the brass nozzle including the washers inside probably didn't make it through Quality Control because they weren't stamped out properly allowing the solution to pass through. The 1 gallon solution container could not be any cheaper. This shouldn't necessarily be an expensive part, but the top literally will not stay closed. It doesn't screw on, it doesn't click into place, it basically just sits on top. So whatever you do don't fill the entire gallon with your cleaning solution! The slightest movement of the machine will cause the top to pop up and you could have another mess on your hands. The two clamps that hold the motor to the base have ZERO clamping pressure. Do they work, technically yes. If you are use to the snap down of lets say a "ShopVac" brand device, then you will probably not like how flimsy these are. When unboxing this I would recommend keeping every single piece of cardboard and plastic because you will probably end up returning this item. ... show more
