First of all let me say I am 79 yrs. old and on disability. I purchased 2 of these and in the last 2 days, taking my time I put one together by myself, {I did need 2 people to lay the top on}. The directions were pretty straight forward and for the most part the pieces were clearly marked. The trouble came when some of the pieces were marked with the wrong numbers. When that happened, instead of yelling and screaming and pulling my hair out, I took a deep breath, used a little common sense and realized that the piece wasn't even close to being the right one and that it wouldn't fit, I just went to the front of the directions and identified the correct piece. When it comes to installing the hinges the directions are not clear, but if you mess up like I did, even at the end it's no problem in correcting it. All in all the desk looks good, it's quite stable and for the price I'd say it's well made. I hope the second desk will be as easy and as problem free as this one was. Desk came quickly and safely. Was it some what easy to put together in 3 1/2 hours by myself. Looks really nice, is heavy and feels sturdy. Attractive color combination, antique white and dark wood. I am very happy with my purchase.

This desk has been an absolute game-changer for my office space! The combination of drawers and cabinets provides excellent storage options, keeping my desktop clutter-free and organized. One of my favorite features is the built-in outlet and USB ports on the desktop—though, unfortunately, the USB ports don’t work, which is the only reason I can’t give it a full five stars. Even so, I absolutely love this desk! Assembly was quite the project—it arrived in so many pieces and took my husband several hours to put together. However, he worked alone, so having a second person might speed up the process. Once assembled, I was in awe of both its style and functionality. It’s a beautiful, modern-looking desk that feels incredibly sturdy and well-made. I did purchase a clear topper to help protect the wood from scratches, and I highly recommend doing the same! Assembling this desk did take time and some patience due to so many parts and the instruction was not so clear and sometimes not helpful. But the finished product did look nice, very functional with a lot of space on the top and in the adjustable drawers. I ordered this to replace my 10 years old laminated board inexpensive desk (though with scratches, old and unsightly, I did miss it after it served me well for 10 plus years). Now, I have a much nicer and better looking desk and everything is well organized (I did find many stuffs I forgot I had emptying the old desk). This is not exactly the CEO type of desk, but it does look very nice at home. Good Looking, Sturdy, and functional (plenty of spaces), most people will be more than happy with this desk if they take their time and have the patience assembling it. Be prepared so spend some time assembling this. Definitely time consuming but I’m glad my husband put it together for me. I’m using it as a vanity and it has really great storage capability and is overall spacious and quite sturdy. Unfortunately mine has some damage on the top in the back but it’s not noticeable after placing my mirror there. I do recommend it though, it looks sleek! ... show more
