Thin latex lets UV rays penetrate for luminous effects; thick balloons cannot glow as required. This is a functional feature, not a defect. Why do balloons pop easily? Inflate only 70%–80% full. Skip overinflation, sharp edges and coarse surfaces. Thin build is mandatory for UV glow. Is there an odor on these neon balloons? Made of natural latex, slight latex & printing scent is normal after unpacking. The smell is non-irritating and harmless. Air out open packages briefly, and the odor will fade away quickly. Why fail to glow partially? Need 365–395nm UV black light; Regular room light wil not work. Overstretching from overinflation dims fluorescence. Why duller color than listing photos? Pictures shot in dark space with professional UV lamps. Under nomal lght, colors ook lighter. Use dedicated blacklight in dark surroundings for optimal glowing effect.
