Delivery was great. Product well packaged. I did have to press the bulb in place (with one finger) as others have mentioned so if you get one and the light doesn't come on try that. I love the smell after running it, so clean! However, I think it says right in the instructions the smell is from the dead carcasses which is gross, but it's the same smell every time so I think it's just the smell of clean, because I would think the smell would lessen each time if it was from creepy crawlies? Had about a week, seems great so far!

The remote control is really helpful. I followed the directions for each room (including ventilating the room after) and when I entered the room after the time was over and ventilated, it smelled fresher. I will put this in each room once a month.

When ordering the UV light we noticed a fast turn around to receive it. The light was packaged well with no noticeable damage. When I set it up and tried to use it for the first time i could tell i had power to the base but light would not not come on. Their email address was on the instructions so I emailed them in which they responded quickly. I re-seated the bulb and tried it again with success! You have the ability to set different time of operations that the unit will run. So far I have been very happy with its performance.

I placed this light in several sections of my bedroom at different levels at the 1 hour setting. After several applications I have not seen any signs of bed bugs. I have allergies and have not had any sinus issues in the mornings. I used this light during the nighttime hours. After the first application I saw a couple of bed bugs which I exterminated. After the fourth time over several nights there have been no traces of any bugs. Also remove any live plants that are in the area (they will be affected by the UV light).

Purchased this product to ensure that dust mites and other insects would be terminated. The process gives your room a fresh clean smell when the cycle is done. You can choose how long you wish to run the device. There are a couple of different time cycle's to choose from.
