I had to turn this sideways for it to fit in my silverware drawer, but the look was similar, and it was still beautiful. I expanded it out, long ways to the depth of the drawer, and it worked perfectly. Nice piece for a weird, narrower drawer.

I like the clean look of this bamboo drawer organizer. It fits perfectly in my silverware drawer. I had bought one from Target and it was too small for the drawer, but this one is just right.

    • Good item, some design and delivery issues

The design of this insert is great, with multiple sized compartments and adjustable side trays. Rather than utensils, I am using this to organize art supplies on my work table. My issue is that the dovetail join of the adjustable trays and the groove on which they slide makes this feature unstable. This item was delivered with another, unpadded, in an oversized box. And let us just say that I heard, and felt, this delivery hitting my front porch (though my drivers are usually careful and considerate). When I opened the package, one of the dovetail joins was misaligned and on the opposite end, one of the grooves had split out to nearly the width of the extension. The break was clean and it was just easier to repair with glue than go through the hoops of getting a replacement. Just a disappointment that a used item can get to you broken through something preventable like lack of padding in the package. Anyway, it otherwise seems a solid tray and I am happy with it now that it is whole again! It is very roomy, for what it's worth. ... show more

This is an upgrade to plastic drawer organizer and is more sanitary. I would like to use the expansion feature; however, the drawer is too narrow to take advantage of this feature.

After cutting myself on my chef's knife when reaching into the draw, I got the bright idea a little organization was required. This did the trick, it holds all my silverware and keeps the super sharp knives and other items in order. Before I had a smaller, plastic tray that only held the silverware and everything else was on it's own. This is much better and it looks good too! ... show more
