I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband as an upgrade from using a basic tarp, and while the idea is good, the execution falls short. The cover does fit over the gate and fully covers the trailer, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the material is very thin and does not hold up well in light wind. It blew off multiple times despite being secured, and it feels likely to tear with regular outdoor use. Rain also collects on top because there is no effective way to pull the cover taut, which defeats the purpose of weather protection. There is only a single pull tie, and it doesn’t provide enough tension or stability. This cover would benefit greatly from additional tie-down points or adjustable straps to keep it secure and properly fitted. Overall, it’s a good concept but poorly designed for real-world outdoor conditions. Will be returning. ... show more

    • WORST TRAILER COVER EVER. A PAPER BAG IS STRONGER.

100% trash. Made from windbreaker material, weak enough to tear while putting on. No straps to secure it. This is the flimsiest thing I have ever seen. ABSOLUTE TRASH. Avoid at all costs, you are throwing a lot of money. Just buy a tarp. This is such a ripoff.

This DOES NOT fit a 7x14' trailer! Specifically a Sport Haven all Aluminum trailer. If you own this trailer... do not waste your time. There is no way to stretch this to fit. Noted also that it was an extremely thin material on top of that fact. Quality would not have been to my liking had it actually fit anyway. I see others with smaller trailers with same problem. Seems to be a trend with this product. It came fast ( 1 day ) and Amazon returns are almost always great... so I figured why not give it a try? There is no way to secure the cover. It blew off the first time a light wind came up. You should buy cable straps if you want it to stay in place. Terrible cover. I’m sending it back.
