Came quickly, in box with ample padding to prevent shipping damage, and was easy to mount. Back plate allows for adjustment to get it level before tightening. Set screw is a small Allen screw (Allen wrench came with the kit). Allen screw/wrench is pretty tiny and requires some dexterity to seat the wrench with the screw on the bottom. ... show more

These are a nice color and the packaging was done really well. However, they look and feel rather cheap. The hardware that comes with the set does not allow the fixtures to sit flush and tight against the wall. Everytime I pull the toilet paper, the holder slides down because the hardware isn’t tight enough. I feel like these would pull off the wall easily. The towel bar is two separate sections. I don’t notice when there’s a towel on it, but when it’s empty I don’t like the look of a line in the middle of the bar, that’s what contributes to the cheap look. They’ll do for now, but I’ll likely be replacing when the bathroom gets redone. ... show more
