It’s not quality! Parts don’t work made us buy new cords which aren’t the problem. Very poor service and quality.

    • cutter not working
The heat press is fine the vinyl is fine the problem is the cutter, it worked fine for a while . I have used it less than 15 times from the time that I bought it on June 16th can not use it now it is cutting up vinyl and banging loudly and I know that is not good for the little knife that is in there. ... show more

I didn't receive any vinyl item. I got only DAMAGED heat press and vinyl cutter. Item description is wrong! I wanted to start my small business but I'm really disappointed.
