One is great and has worked perfect since we bought them. The other had to be positioned just right in order to work. Finally have had it after a few months of dealing with it. Heard a noise inside it when I held it so I pulled it apart, can’t break it anymore than it already is right? Found that one metal tab that makes the connection had broken and the other had bent (why it barely worked only if it was positioned just right). So have to say the quality obviously isn’t that great with it being located in the center console, not hit or bumped. And only added or changed charger cables plugged into it a few times in the 8 months we owned it. That said the second one works great with no problems so far. May have been a fluke but also a bit disappointing. ... show more
