I like the magnetic charging idea. Although, I do wish the magnet was a little stronger while holding the phone while charging. Otherwise, it does charge super fast and does very well. If they could just upgrade the magnet strength these would be awesome

I don't have to worry about plugging in anymore. I plus in the adapter and then click the charging cord to it. This is so convenient for me epically at work.

Absolutely perfect kind of charging cord. Just put the cord near the magnet and itll snap right on. Magnet is round, which makes some phone cases a pain, but if you are handy, you can shave a little off the case to have it fit in. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is, I wish there were more length options. I dont need three 6 ft cords. Two 1 ft and one 3 ft cord would've been a perfect combo. So now I have a lot of the wire still folded up and I dont like that ... show more

I bought enough to have 3 in my house, 1 in my car, and 1 at work (with one spare). I like how I don't have to constantly plug and unplug something out of my phone, which saves the phone a lot of damage. It charges pretty quickly, not super fast or powerful, especially in the car, but good enough. I don't like the super bright blue light on the charging cord in my bedroom at night, so I covered it with black electrical tape and that makes the light not bother me. The magnet holds really well and doesn't easily fall off, you have to tug a bit or turn it sideways to remove the charging cord. I have a case on my phone and it sticks out a bit at the bottom, which really bugged me at first, but I got used to it and don't notice it any more. ... show more

My only complaint so far is that the piece that plugs into the phone is loose enough to come out fairly easily with a pull of the magnet. Over a few pulls, it just seems to shimmy out and WILL Fall out if you're not careful. With this piece being so small, it makes it basically inevitable that I'll lose one . . . but since it comes with 3, you have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes. That said, this is my only complaint. The magnet is pretty strong. Could be stronger, but that'd yank the nub right out of the phone so . . . just take care with it. Seems to charge nice and fast. Really, there is no way this should not be the default on phones. Regular charging points waste away over time and become useless and a costly repair. You are literally throwing away money if you're not using a magnetic solution. Update: 2020-08-01: Shortly after started using this, I noticed my phone starting to not turn on when using this. It would react very oddly. I would have to restart it. I didn't correlate the 2. Recently my phone died. The screen is no longer usable, as it fades in and out, and freezes if you touch the screen. I did not put the 2 together . . . until . . . I recently recommended these to my girlfriend. She has the exact same phone as me. The LG V40. She purchased these magnetic chargers and 2 days after starting to use them, her phone started exhibiting the same behavior. Her screen would not turn back on and she'd have to hard restart. There's no way this is just a coincidence. It is doing the exact same as what mine did before mine died. We both also found that after a few uses of a charging plug, the part that plugged into the phone would no longer fast charge. This is consistent. All 3 of my first set no longer fast charge. There is clearly something wrong with these plugs. I do not advise purchasing and will be trying to get a refund. Hopefully my phone warranty covers this. ... show more

We bought these kind of cords off wish, and they didn't work for my phone at all! These ones are sturdy, durable, fits good and I can just connect it to the cord with the small piece that goes into the charging port, I don't have to keep taking out and putting back in, ruining the port before my phone's a year old!
