I am truly impressed that they reached out to me offering to fully refund my purchase .. I told them I would rather have the charger replaced, just the one that stopped working, because of how technologically advanced the block itself was and how the second one my wife has has been working perfectly and boy does it charge fast. The seller did the honorable thing and quickly sent me another charging block within a couple of days. These are the kind of vendors that Amazon needs to take note of .. they stand by their products and rightfully so. Has some weight to device so it's not a everyday charger. I am using it for Switch 2 charger based on ratings need to do proper charging. Might work for data transfer between Switch 1 and Switch 2 transferring data. Based on my charging the Switch 2 so far it's faster then your normal unit and the hardware is better made for quick charge. Also being your getting two charger this makes for a good value buy for backup or traveling. These PD chargers are much smaller than expected, due to the new GaN technology. But, they seem to work well, with one caveat: neither of the USB-C ports work without PD being negotiated from a compatible device. Most would default to 5VDC. However, the USB 3.1 port still provides 5VDC, without PD. TBH, I haven't tested the other voltage and power levels, because I don't have a PD savvy device yet. But, posted this to inform others of its unexpected behavior, which isn't a deal breaker for me. ... show more
