This is a good lounger for babies. The mattress part is a firm yet soft foam the babies won’t sink in. The bumper is softer and more cushy. It’s very easy to get the cover on since the zipper for the bumper goes at least 3/4 of the way around so no struggles to squeeze it in! It all comes vacuum sealed, so very squished when first opened. It took a couple hours for the mattress part to fully open and the kinks to fall out. But once it did, it feels great! Their ad shows putting it back in the bag/case it came in and taking it out to a park. Well, this is not going to happen unless you vacuum seal it at home, but then you wouldn’t be able to get it back in when you’re ready to go home! So it’s not that portable. It would be nice if they had extra covers to fit this one, but I haven’t seen any yet. Their price of $53 seems to be in line with other loungers. ... show more

The baby lounger has fluffy and soft padding surrounding the edges of the lounger. The pad underneath is flatter and is spacious enough for baby to use for a long time. The lounger is a safe place to keep the baby confined and from rolling onto the dirty floor. The lounger keeps the baby cleaner, toys closer and pets away. The lounger gives the baby their own personal clean space. The material is a cotton mix and was easy to clean and the print is baby cute. This baby nest is working well for our newborn grandson. Getting his diaper changed while on the couch he remains comfortable and safe while being attended. The cotton is soft, it was easy to assemble. The bumper is firm yet fluffy, it was super easy to slide it into the cover securing it inside with a zipper. The mattress arrived folded and lumpy. I found that a few minutes of steaming with our clothing steamer allowed the deep creases to soften and completely disappear. The mattress itself is somehow firm and supportive yet nicely cushioned without being more than about an inch thick. The only drawback I noted was the seams of the zippers, they could be sewn a bit stronger. The pattern looks richer color wise in person than the product photos. With my first kid we just used blankets and sometimes the nursing pillow when he slept by us on the couch throughout the day. But this, this baby lounger is awesome! It's like a cradle for the couch or bed. The baby won't roll out of it and it's large enough that they have room to wiggle around. The design is great. You can easily unzip the stuffing/pillows to wash the cover. The cover material is like that of a pillow case, soft but nothing fancy. I like how you can tie the end as well. My sister-in-law is expecting this summer, and I thought this baby lounger would be a great idea to have around when they come to visit with the baby. Rather than having to bring and set up a full bassinet, this looked like it could do pretty well for baby to sleep in when they’re here for a few days. I really like how nicely padded the surrounding side areas are. They look like they’d do a great job of keeping baby nestled in safely with soft cushioning all around. The bottom of this lounger isn’t as thickly or nicely padded, but if you put the lounger on a soft surface like a camping pad, folded blanket, or even thick carpeting, it could still be fairly comfortable. I like the cute printed design, and I think this is going to work out well for our family. The only real issue I've discovered so far is that the zippered storage case is very cheaply made. The plastic is very thin, and the stitching is coming loose on the seams. Also, the second time I tried to unzip the bag, the zipper broke. So, I'll just have to store this in something else when it's not in use. ... show more

I ordered this product for my soon-to-be- baby girl. Even though I have not fully used it for its purpose yet, I like how soft the material feels and it seems to be of good quality. The mattress part seems comfortable for baby to lay and I especially liked the bumper guards that allow for baby to be secured. This lounger is made of nice quality materials, feels comfortable to the touch and my baby seems perfectly content laying in it. It is cushy but not too soft, which could be a little dangerous to young babies. It seems to be quite sturdy and safe for the baby but I wouldn't let them fall asleep inside.
