I’m going to change my review on this because my doctor pointed out that gout is not high Uric acid levels in your blood but precipitation of that acid in your joints. Obviously, you need the acid in the blood to get it into the joints. But preventing it from crystallizing in the joints is what prevents gout. And this product does seem to do that. While my blood Uric acid level remains a bit high, I have had no more gout episodes for getting on eighteen months now. ———- Original Review ————— I have taken two of these in the morning and two in the evening every day for a year now. A year ago, a lab test found my Blood Uric Acid level was 9.4. My latest test after taking this twice a day for a year is 9.1. (Normal is less than 7.5). A change of 0.3 is worthless and statistically insignificant, about 3%. This is likely not much more than the error of the test itself. This stuff is expensive and it did nothing. ... show more

I've almost taken the entire bottle. At first this process was rough I was having siatica , which can be caused from gout. I've kept taking. I could not walk without crutches The pain was so horrific As I stated I kept taking and I started passing kidney stones Ones that feel like sharp glass comi g out I've also experienced bleeding My stomache feels as if my insides are literally being scrapped. You can have gout all over your body I have learned. I again am bleeding so I stop taking and I drank aloe . I am assuming that I am passing crystal's. I was bleeding pretty bad so I had to stop and now watching my diet. This is really scary. If you look at see what uric acid crystal's look like , you'll understand the bleeding. My bottle was blue and white. Yes, this has helped me , but due to the fact that I must be loaded with crystals, I had to stop for awhile. I pray this helps. ... show more

I’ve had several gout attacks as I’ve gotten older, I had a bad bout of gout last July, and was just coming out of a two week attack when I ordered go-out! I take one a day and that has worked for me my feet look and feel great! It’s nice to be able to eat what I like to and not worry 😊
