I am so happy with this oil. It claims to fade discoloration, and it is a rare product that has actually done this. I have odd patches of hyperpigmentation on my ankles and feet, esp. the right one, where the brown patches are really noticeable on my otherwise very fair skin. It's almost like a brown crew-length sock on the right foot. Worse, the patches have a grayish tinge, which means they sometimes just look dirty, which is horrible. Nothing has ever worked to alleviate this, so I'm not sure why I thought this product might, but it did! It hasn't eliminated the problem, and things seems to have plateaued a bit lately, but the patches are noticeably lighter, less extensive, and less gray, which means they are more easily camouflaged by tanning products. It really has made a difference. Oddly, I don't find the very light oil very moisturizing. It absorbs very quickly--too quickly?--and isn't the least bit greasy, and it has a lovely light citrus scent. It's very pleasant to use, in other words. And there's a little plug on the bottle top in addition to the cap to prevent spills or even leakage, a nice touch in an oil product. All in all, I'm really very happy with this product.

I am always seeking creams and oils that target dry skin and discoloration. I am frequently fighting both, with the dry skin often causing hyperpigmentation scarring. This oil is lightweight and has a lemony, citrusy type scent. It comes well packaged with an internal stopper under the cap to prevent leaks. It applies easily and isn’t as messy as some oils, thanks to the fast absorption. It is not intended for facial use and clearly warns so on the bottle. The oil works well on my torso and arms. It hydrates well, softens and relieves my dry skin, and even helps with dry skin related discoloration. I have two problem areas on my sides that get really dry and dark during the winter months. This oil helped soften the skin and lighten the dark patches in those areas. However, I find that it more effective on better protected areas like the torso than it does on more exposed and damaged areas like my arms and hands. It struggles a little more on my arms and struggles mightily on my hands. In fact, it’s practically ineffective on my hands. A few minutes after application I can still see numerous visible flakes of dry skin on the backs of my hands and the skin texture feels similar to the untreated hand. It also does nothing for the discoloration and sun damage. I’ll stick with the heavier, medicated intensive treatment creams I frequently use for my hands. However, I like the performance of this oil in other areas.

I really like this Urban Skin Rx Super C Body Bright Oil. I apply it immediately after showering, on damp skin. It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin soft and smooth, with a light glow. The scent is light and citrusy, and dissipates quickly. It doesn't leave a heavy film behind, but rather a nourished and soft feel. It brightens the skin over time, and smooths rough patches nicely. This is a lovely addition to my skin care routine!

I used this on top of moisturizer to seal in the moisture. It works great, smells refreshing, is easy to apply, and doesn't make my skin feel greasy throughout the day.

This oil is a great addition to my overall self care routine. Over the years I have noticed my skin being drier than normal and this oil has honestly help keep my skin more hydrated since using it. My skin feels super soft, it is not greasy, no harsh or powerful fragrance and does not cause irritation. Would recommend.

I have a lot of bruises, scars and hyperpigmentation on my skin from years of playing sports. My legs particularly bother me and I ordered this product to see if I could fade some of the various blemishes on them. I haven't used it long enough to tell if it will be effective at that, however, I can tell you that scent is light but refreshing and the texture is a light oil that does absorb. A couple hours after application I can still feel a slight residue on my skin, but it's not oily, just feels more like I moisturized. The top also has a spout on it that makes it easy to dispense and lessens the chance of dumping the oil all over yourself. The cost is slightly high for only 4 ounces, but after looking at the different products and the high quality ingredients, I don't think $28 is egregious. It is a more luxurious product than drugstore, so that helps substantiate the price as well.

The first thing I noticed and appreciated was the packaging of this body oil. Not only was it fully shrink wrapped to stop leakage, but once you opened the lid, there was another type of lid that you needed to pop open to pour out the oil. Very thoughtful packaging. This oil has a very light, pleasant grapefruity scent. You only need a small amount to glide it over your arms and legs and it leaves a very pleasant sheen that absorbs very quickly. I've found that my favorite place to apply this oil is the tops of my hands and my neck. I'm in my 50's and this oil has really made a difference in my skin appearance in those two areas. If you are a night-time shower person, this is a great oil to apply post shower when you are just putting on your pj's and going to bed. This oil will last quite awhile, so the price wasn't a dropping point for me. It's a very pleasant product to have in your after sun/tanning arsenal too!

The oil has a light, non-overpowering pleasant scent; and feels moisturizing on my skin. I haven't noticed any significant changes in coloring or texture of my thigh skin, but it feels smooth and soft. Maybe it will take a long time since my stretch marks and scars have been there for over 20 years.
