These shelves are really thin composite boards. The max safe load bearing weight is 15 lbs. The board wore out as soon as I screwed the screw in to attach the bracket, the holes were loose and I had to use some wood glue to hold the screws in. In terms of length and width, they are a lot smaller than they appear in pictures. To me, these shelves are worth the money ... show more

I bought these shelves to hold some of the plants I have cluttering up my house. They’re just ok. The shelves are pretty thin and the enclosed screws don’t go all the way through the longer holes in the brackets which was a little disappointing. The color and wood grain pattern on the shelves are really pretty. I’d say if you’re using these to hold decorations and won’t be taking things on and off of them frequently they will do just fine.     • Careful when screwing it in
The plastic parts got pushed into the wall multiple times! Same drill bit for all of them, the ones that fell through didn’t have the screw in very far. Also, the board stripped easily and the screws won’t stay in. Current score: 3 shelves up, 6 unusable holes in my wall, and one ruined shelf.

I mainly bought for living room but color of shelves didn't match BUTTTTT ended up using in my kitchen and I LOVE!!! I only used 3 but might add on the 4th...still debating 😄 My apartment is vintage (built in 1905) and it goes with the vibes and my wooden floors🥰

Shelves are lightweight, edges are not finished but look OK. There was one bracket missing which I did not realize until after I started installing. It takes a bit of work to drill all the holes and get them level.
