I'm a massage therapy instructor and this little gem of a skull has helped immensely in teaching about the bones of the cranial and facial bones, plus other structures. Both the students and I LOVE the colorations of the various structures for easy understanding/viewing and the engraved names of the structures. A nice heavy plastic, the mandible moves, and the top of the skull easily comes apart from the bottom to see inside. (It's held together by two small magnets, one at the front of the skull and one at the back, so just gently lift and you can open the skull.) A very useful teaching tool for a good price. If you are Zoom teaching, the colored parts of the skull show up really well on camera too. ... show more

Bought this for a class during nursing school. I like that it is color coded and the proper medical names are on each piece. This was very helpful when studying and other uses in class.
