Perfect for home practice! The negative reviews mentioning the middle supports not reaching the ground have failed to see that they are adjustable. Once you twist them and have them flush with your floor the bar is sturdy, stable and strong. I am 175lbs and am able to flip over and hold myself up on the bar with no wobbling. The height is easily adjustable and my 4'10 child has many more levels to raise it as she grows. Included mat is a thicker yoga style mat which protects flooring and offers a bit of a cushion for landings. This bar set fold very easily for storage and is flat enough to store easily.

Easy to put together, however one of the metal pieces I had to use pliers to reshape because it wasn’t perfectly circular. My daughter loves it, it folds up really easy. It’s massive, and the mat is nice. The height is easily adjustable.

My 7-year-old, who was just invited to the Level 2 gymnastics team, is absolutely obsessed with this bar—she’s on it constantly! It takes up a good portion of our small kitchen, but it’s surprisingly light and easy to move around. The included mat is okay, not fancy, but does the job. These aren’t professional-grade, but the bar is steady enough for basic moves. As her skills improve, we might need something with more stability. Overall, a definite win for a birthday gift—she loves it!
