This was the second time I purchased this phone. The first phone worked out very well for us. The second phone was given as a gift to my Cousin. He was only able use it on WhatsApp. He tried changing SIM card, but still didn’t work. Update: the company selling the phone reached out and quickly responded to my issue. The company offered to reimburse or replace device. I was worried I would’ve been in a loss. But I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I chose to replace the device. What i ordered was a phone with android 11 to act as a test platform for my app development purposes. What i got was a lot more feature packed phone than i was expecting for the 100 dollar price range that i paid. Unboxing the phone - i was surprised by the quality and presentation. Big screen, solid feel, triple camera on the back, camera on the front, included full body TPU case, cable and charger. The case even goes as far to completely cover the camera bump and provide a front facing lip for face down table protection. Not necessary to include a case but definitely a nice touch at this price range. The setup was smooth and easy and i was surprised that it had face ID detection which is typically a feature reserved for more expensive phones. The OS looks to be a pretty vanilla implementation of Android 11. Some people may be turned off by this but i found it to be a big plus. This minimizes the OS footprint saving the storage for the end user and their apps. It also keeps the phone simple and efficient not having to carry around a bunch of unnecessary bloatware apps and services. I downloaded a few apps from the play store, and made a few test calls - everything seemed to work just fine - no surprises. No this isn't the fastest phone on the market. No it doesn't have 5g. No this phone isn't waterproof, nor does it have the highest megapixel, tele-zoom lens. That might seem like a bunch of downsides but this phone also doesn't have a 800-1200 dollar price tag. What it does have is a great set of middle of the road set of specs in a attractive and functional looking package for something in the 100 dollar price range. This phone has very limited storage space. I can install most of my apps. When i try to update the apps it is tell me i have no space and giving option to delete the 3 apps i installed. The Camera quality is not great but overall at the price you will not get to do a lot on this phone. if you just want to make calls its a great for that.     • Battery lasts for days, very low storage capacity
I love that this phone can last for 2-3 days with mostly standby time. However, due to the very small storage capacity (16gb) you can't install very many apps. It has a slot for a micro sd card and can support at least a 128gb card. The phone sometimes blocks the wrong calls and will send them straight to voicemail. The only work around it to add the calling number to your contacts list. The phone earpiece and built in speaker volume levels are lacking as well, even if you plug it into a car stereo or external speaker, so phone calls can be hard to hear if there's noise, if it actually rings. Overall I think it's a pretty decent phone for the price point. The motherboard in my s9 fried and couldn't afford a new smart phone. I found this phone for under $120 and it had gps which is something I use quite often. Using the gps for 5‐6 hours kills the battery. This phone also came with its own tpu case. Screen protectors aren't cheap and I could only find them on ebay. This phone would be perfect for a teen vying for a phone. The phone does have a lot to improve on including speaker volume and screen brightness. It does block a lot of spam calls. Customer service is good as well. ... show more

I got this for my 12 yr old daughter after she lost hers. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and she doesn't need all the features any ways. This phone actually is almost as fast and responsive as an S21. It does not have wireless charging, but is a pretty good phone for the price.
