Let me start by saying that amazon took over this item from the vendors who were selling it. Before their were apps outsourcing my info to an unknown source across seas. My Norton security picked up on it. Now that's not an issue as amazon seemed to remove this issue.Then there were weird trusted certificates and Chinese apps hidden in the operating system. Got no response on what they were but their not running in the background like it was so I assume its a fixed issue. Now the pros if your a light to moderate user of the phone battery life is great. Wired fast charge works great. It is pretty durable. But you should buy a glass screen protector because the ones that come with it only keep the glass from splintering and scratching not protecting it from breaking. Gaming is great, typical use is great. Cons: If you have to use it for work using it heavily you'll have to charge before the day is out. Touch screen is glitchy. I have to tap on things several times to get it to respond. Phone freezez on apps , again very glitchy. Got worse after first 3 weeks. Sound quality during a call is horrible as the speaker sounds cheap with a rattling sound. Speaker isnt much better. Pictures are OK, not what you'd expect from a 21 megapixel camera but good.Also I've missed a lot of important calls and texts because it glitches out to voicemail or fails to notify me with a sound. There is no 4g LTE with At&T, which is what I have. It over heats easily if your working outside. Or a 20 min ride with youtube as your music engine will over heat garunteed. I dont have it in direct sunlight eitjer. Its just the az heat. If the metal on it was made of tungston or mixed with molybdenum would help with that issue.Bottom line if this phone wasn't so high priced it would be good. The investment to risk is too much. I'm going to try the ulefone armor 6e to see if that runs any better. Ulefone has potential. Only real difference between the two is memory and ram. Ule phone 6 has bigger storage and better cameras. Ulefone six runs on android 9.0 and a p70 helio. Either way cost to risk for the 6e makes more sense. ... show more

I bought this for a Xmas gift for my 14yr old daughter. We love the color and design and large screen, but overlooked the storage 1gb by accident. It works well with Whatsapp but unable to download much more. The touch screen is delayed but it might be the operating system in general. When we first powered it on it said an error message about operating system and gave one option to factory hard reset. Once we did that the phone rebooted fine. Haven't tried the face recognition or camera features yet. Ordered a beautiful purple wallet phone case to compliment it. It makes it look very stylish. There is a slot for additional SDcard and I think a dual sim too. Worth the price because I bought both the phone and case under $100 for a gift. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm really glad I decided to take a chance on this phone and order it. The quality of the phone is amazing. It is rugged and it has a built-in case on it. So I don't need to buy a case for it like I do my other phones. Finally a manufacturer realized how important a built-in cases to a phone. I think the other manufacturers want you to buy a cell phone case as an aftermarket product. I thought my Samsung s8 plus was a good size phone but this one definitely beats it. Some other reviewers commented on the weight of the phone, and I I can tell you it is heavier than my Samsung cell phones. But I actually like the substance to the phone because I feel like I won't drop it because it is heavier. The quality is screen is awesome I love that it is 6.1 inches and video quality on this screen is amazing. I was also very impressed with the quality of the photos this phone took and definitely on par with Samsungs phones. A phone this size made by Samsung would probably cost $1,500. Works great on my T-Mobile account. Has a slot for a MicroSD card so you can upgrade your storage. comes with the latest Android operating system and the quad-core processor reacts to your touches super fast. This is a great phone and I think this is really going to make the big cell phone manufacturers take notice. That's absolutely incredible what you get with this phone for that price. I've been using this phone for about six months and have been enjoying it except for a few problems. Over all its a great rugged phone. Its been droppoed, thrown, stepped on, hit and taken in the water and is till just ticking along. The battery is pretty good and the storage is great for a rugged phone. The only problem I had was about two months after I bought it the screen started registering phantom touches(this was before all the abuse). I tries every thing I could think of to fix the problem and nothing worked. When I contacted amazon customer support all they said was to do the exact same things I had just done which of course didn't fix the problem and then said that they couldn't do anything else and I would have to contact ulefone directly. After contacting ulefone and explaining the problem I got the run around for two months before they finally informed me that my device would have to be shipped to their repair facility in hong Kong. When I asked how and where to send it several times I was ignored and haven't heard from them since. I know its a bit of a rambling way to say it but over all the phone is great if you need a tank of a phone minus the screen problems and ulefone customer support is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. ... show more
