I bought this phone to travel in France so I could save the charges on my AT&T plan. It drops apps, won’t make phone calls, and has done nothing but cause a massive headache. I’m way past the return by date but I would return it when I get home if it were possible. I’m going to have to suck it up and spend the exorbitant $12/day for the AT&T international plan because they have nothing better. I’m using an Orange French SIM. I had fewer problems in Paris but a French SIM should work in the whole country. It seems to be the phone, not the SIM. The camera and photos are also not good at all. ... show more

I would not recommend for Consumer Cellular services due to how tough it was to get the IMEI #s to work on their end. The camera/video feature was a very big dissapointment. The images will come out very blurry and the video part was also blurred and blotchy & discolored. Opening up apps was very slow I guess due to the lower end processor in this phone. May be okay 10 years ago but now a days this phone is worse than a flip phone I had in 2004. May work for calling on an emergency but would not use to take photos, or trust it doing a video. Also, displays much lag when using video part of phone. I tried to download another camera app but would not do any better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, SKIP THIS PHONE FOLKS. ... show more

Wàs happy with the item when I got it but was not expecting that it was not compatible with Mint Mobile like it was supposed and disappointed can't get it to with Mint Mobile was happy with the deal now have to use my old phone again worked hard to get it but thank you for your service

Does not work properly. Visited Verizon twice to have them review and fix. They couldn't get it to work properly. Apparently this phone is a hybrid {half android, half iphone}. Incoming text messages would not download if an emoji or attachment was present. Had to return it.
