This little truck does everything a basic RC car should do. It's not the fastest or the best turning, but if you're looking for a basic RC for a beginner, this wouldn't be a bad one. If your child has had other RC cars in the past, it's likely he/she has experienced better ones than this and this could feel like a step down (that's what happened in our case). I’m glad I decided to buy this RC car for my son. He absolutely loves it, and hasn’t stopped playing with it since I bought it. The battery life is very long, which is great. It’s also very durable as well. I highly recommend this, especially for such a great price.

This RC jeep is pretty fun. It’s got large wheels and a high clearance. So we drive them over all types of terrains. It can even go through my river rock beds without getting stuck. The RC feels pretty strong and can pull itself out of places. The remote provides pretty good controls. It’s a dial with gradual throttle. The RC car also seem duration. This monster truck is amazing! I could not get my child to stop playing with it. Even my husband got caught up with the excitement. They literally played for hours with it. It's a lot bigger and more real than I expected too. It is very sturdy and very well made. The body of the truck is heavy duty and the remote control is easy to navigate. The truck can easily move over rocks and other debris outside in the yard and it took curbs, ditches and tall grass like a champ. Charges fast and just an all around fun truck to play with. The vehicle itself is well made. The controller is not. It broke on day two of being played with by my son. The steering quit working on the remote. The remote is super lightweight and cheesy.

    • Only turns one way not the other

Fun little thing overall it seems great but it only turns one way and not the other? Made sure the switch at bottom is centered. After this turned it off and when I turned both back on I tried using any function forward, backwards turning and it wasn't working at all despite lights on showing they're (remote and truck) on. Made sure both remote and truck were switched to on and put brand new batteries in remote. I kept turning on and off and trying until it finally started working again. May send back but need before Christmas so unsure how to handle this at this point ... show more
