Outer shell started falling apart after a month,now three months in and it will just shut down at 70% had many batteries from upp website and never had these issues so watch what you buy on Amazon. Would not recommend this product to anyone

Previously sold defective batteries. Look up recalled U004 battery. They will not help you if your battery is defective. I had bought 2 batteries from them and found out they were recalled. I contacted UPP for help but, they said they wouldn't do anything because I bought them too long ago. Now I'm out 1200 dollars and have no ebike.
