One feature I didn’t notice at first was the ratchet-style top strap: once you feed the strap into the buckle, you can tighten it incrementally for a secure, ergonomic fit. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. Also, the preinstalled Delta cleats worked perfectly right out of the box—no adjustments needed. Great design all around.

Comfortable and a must have to get my work out

I needed a new pair of shoes to use exclusively for indoor cycling/spinning, that could take SPD cleats. These shoes were a pretty good fit and true to size for me, however, the latching strap near the top of the shoe is annoying and difficult to loosen. Also, the plate inside the shoe for the cleats is not accessible - there is an inner insole that seems to be glued in the shoe. So if you do need to take off the included cleat to put SPD cleats on, that plate will fall back into the shoe a bit and you can't push it out from the inside. It makes getting SPD cleats screwed in frustrating. So you may want to look for another option for SPD. Regardless, overall I'm mostly satisfied with the shoes considering the price.

Perfect Peloton Pairing – Comfortable, Sturdy, and Stylish I’ve been using these cycling shoes with my Peloton for the past two months, and they’ve completely changed my riding experience—for the better. They’re made them an easy fit with the Peloton’s pedals right out of the box. Fit & Comfort: I was worried they’d be stiff or uncomfortable for longer rides, but they actually strike a great balance between firm support and comfort. The breathable mesh panels keep my feet from overheating during intense workouts, and the padded tongue adds an extra touch of comfort. I did size up by half (as recommended by other reviewers), and that was the right call. Performance: Clipping in and out is smooth, and the shoes feel super secure once locked in. There’s no slipping or wobbling, and the stiff sole gives me great power transfer with every pedal stroke. I can definitely feel the difference compared to my old sneakers + toe cages combo.

I recently bought a peloton and wanted to try some economy priced shoes to get started. These babies are fantastic and I don’t think I will need to upgrade to the big brand because they are comfortable throughout the ride and click right into the bike with ease. Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These shoes fit great for my 9 year old mountain biker son. They are easy to customize and adjust. So far, it is a solid clip in shoe.

Shoes are ok, not as rigid as I would like but for a cheap cycling shoe they're about what you'd expect. Seems to run a tad big. The cleat that comes with the shoe, although compatible with the peloton, makes a truly awful creaking sound and the float on them is notchy and rough. They came rather loose so I thought maybe that was the issue. The problem persisted after tightening down. Replaced the cleats with a different set of delta cleats, and although they look identical, the new set I put on work great. Somewhat disappointed as I probably would have purchased a different shoe without cleats if I knew I'd just have to replace the junk cleats that they came with. Oh well. Overall, they work and you get what you (don't) pay for.
