Quality is good. Size fits with my classic Legos. I'm just disappointed in the number of standard bricks vs singles and flats. There are only 289 standard bricks; over 100 single and double slanted pieces (blue n green in pic); the remaining 1100 pieces are single and flats! Yes, you can add these together to make a standard brick, which many serious Lego builders are probably excited for; however, my great grandson (age 5) is not excited about all the flats. My classic Lego set is almost all standard bricks and few flats. I guess the great reminder on "you get what you pay for."

It's a good set for the price. As other reviewers had commented, the pieces are a bit small (that's not an issue for me, though) and they are not sorted by color/piece type, and that's why I give it 4 stars.

I purchased these building bricks as an inexpensive alternative to actual Legos. Other than the colour palette of the bricks (the “L” shaped 1 x1 x1 bricks were mostly pink with a smattering of red; the 1 x 4 flat blocks were almost exclusively green and red, for example), and the surplus of full 1 x 1 blocks, I got EXACTLY 1800 pieces, so I didn’t mind the 477 1 x 1 full blocks that I did receive. I didn’t even mind the plethora of flat 1 x 4 and flat 1 x 2 pieces—one can make a structurally sturdy full 4 x 4 block with four of each type of flat block. The 1 x (2, 3, 4, 6, 8) blocks were perfect for what I needed to do. The pieces fit very snugly and seamlessly with my real Lego pieces and baseboards, and I did not experience any horrors that other people have posted, with melted pieces, etc. I highly recommend this product as an affordable supplement to one’s existing Lego pieces!

Great product. Tons of parts for a reasonable price. The only issue is that the parts dont come in individual bags according to basic color ranges. Lego, and many other off brands do that. Makes it so much easier to sort. This will be much harder now.
