This set is warm without being too heavy on the warmer nights, kinda crazy how that works. The icing on the cake is that the sheets come with the elastic straps that attach to the mattress!! This is AWESOME for those of us with husbands who constantly pull the sheets of the bed, Every. Single. Night! It’s exhausting truthfully, but no more with this bedding set! I have no cons to list as I truly haven’t experienced anything negative. There was no weird smell when opened, the packaging was wonderful and the color was exactly as pictured. If you’re on the fence as I was for weeks before I purchased, here’s the sign you need to JUST GET IT! I just received it. The color is nice. Comforter is very soft. I like that it comes with pillow cases and also shams. Some sets only have shams. The sheets could be better. But for the price of the set, I can't be too mad. Unfortunately, most bed in a bag sets are garbage sheets. I don't know why the sheet quality is crap when the blanket is great. But that's pretty common. Not always, but more often than not the sheets suck. So not surprised ... show more

The blue is like a light denim. The material soft like a t-shirt. I haven't tried the sheets yet so can't speak into them. When it arrives in a tiny box, don't panic.
