I'm 5' 7.5" and 125 - 128 pounds. I got the Medium Tall size. When standing, the pants sit on top of my hips and are pretty lose around my stomach but not unflattering around my bottom. The length of the leg reaches the top of my ankle and when I sit down they hike up a bit. The pockets are big which is great. Over all these pants are really comfy, cozy, good quality and nice looking. While I think the tall size would still be a bit short for anyone 5' 9" and above, I would still recommend them to anyone below 5' 8". ... show more
