So, I recently started going to the gym. I went online to research for the “best” sneakers to train, one of the first results were these Project Rock 4. They’re to me some pretty solid training shoes, they fit true to size and the break in period takes about two weeks (well at least for me as I only train 4 days a week) the sole is comfortable for lifting and your feet lays flat on them, you get a heel lock feel and the material is breathable in case you’re a sweat magnet. Almost a month in wearing them I can tell you that I haven’t felt any tiredness or soreness in my feet, I’m really liking them and I might even buy a new pair in a different color way. PS.
