Normally I only wear Sketchers or New Balance as they are the most comfortable for my feet, but these actually surprised me with how comfortable they are. They are also quite durable as after several months of wearing them they have yet to begin breaking down.

Have been on the search for a decent pair of true xtraining shoes. Most are just running shoes that don't work well for lateral movements. These have a nice wider footbed, sit a bit flatter on the ground and give me the support I need for combat training, boxing, or lifting. The only bummer is that in under 3 months the interior lining is already starting to shred. In addition, no other colors are available. I bought this Under Armor men's Charged Engage (cross training) shoe size 8.5 for my teenage son, who needs a shoe with a stiff sole, according to his podiatrist. Per my son, the sole/shoe does not bend easily, which is what the podiatrist recommended. That was the main thing I was concerned about. My son chose this color. He uses this for school; he chose this cross trainer shoe since he sometimes plays pickleball on outdoor courts. He said this cross training shoe is heavier than his previous pair of running shoes. I believe court shoes tend to quite heavy so this shoe may be a combination of a light weight running shoe and a heavy weight court shoe...? My one complaint is the shipper/shipping; I wish it had arrived sooner. I ordered this on 12/27/23 and only received it on Jan. 23, 2024!!! Even though we waited about 26 or 27 days for this, it seemed like we were waiting way longer than a month because by the time it arrived, my son had at least two holes in his shoes as he is experiencing a growth spurt. I usually get my Amazon shipments by 9 to 12 days max on average. I had hoped to get the shoe a half size too big since he's in a growth spurt but because it took so long, it fits just right. ... show more

I’ve been wearing these regularly for a month and a half so far. I’m a 27 year old male, athletic build, 5’10” 170lb size 11.5. They fit true to size. I go for medium distance runs in these, play pickleball, wear them to the store, and I never have joint pain or discomfort. The shoes fit is very nice. And so far they are comfortable. If you are working in them, they are slippery in some areas. If your are running or training they have great grip.
