These training sneakers really look great and offer a nice amount of cushion, but they are extremely stiff in the upper. This may be by design as they are marketed as "Training" shoes. I am more used to minimalist footwear and running shoes from Asics and New Balance. Most of these shoes have soft knit uppers that offer a lot of flexibility. These uppers are quite rigid and offer a lot of support. I feel like they will be very good for lifting, but I dont do much of that currently. They are also very comfy for walking, which I do quite a bit so I am pleased with them overall. ... show more
